Rawai Park VIP Villas and Kids Park is located near the Rawai beachfront, Nai Harn and Na Yui beaches and (arguably) Phuket’s most stunning viewpoint — Promthep Cape. Rawai Park is a very different take on a resort, as its 40 luxury villas are private and self-contained with their own personal swimming pools. Nearby are all the facilities of a family resort, making it a good accommodation choice for families who want privacy, luxury, entertainment and convenience.

The accommodations range from two-bedroom apartments with small terrace pools to spacious six-bedroom villas suitable for multiple families with a large terrace area and long private pools. Rawai Park itself is the largest family park in Phuket with indoor and outdoor playgrounds, swimming pools, waterslides, baby and toddler play areas and family entertainment. There is in-room dining service at the villas and Love Rawai Cafe, a large family restaurant with a kids’ menu.

Along Rawai beach, families will find almost 100 restaurants within walking distance from their villas. The resort can also arrange spa and massage services, car hire ocean tours and Phuket tours.

Worst place in ever stay in my life

This is the worst place to stay ever in my life.

Staffs are not helpful and not friendly at all.

We stayed in a villa with 3 bedrooms with 8 ppls. Ridiculously, while we checked in, we were being asked to sign a checklist with all items price listed including a slipper (have you ever heard it will be charged?) and we were only provided 1 hair dryer, 6 towels and 6 beach towels. And the hot water is not able to handle 3 rooms. Else, during checked out, we were being checked by 10 inspectors, which made us feel like we were prisoners/suspects.

My comments:
I were charged by you of 8ppls but not 6. If you think the cost you charge us is not able to handle your operations, you should rethink how your pricing schedule but not counting items by items to your customer while their stay.

Hence, I am not recommending anyone.

Second time visit, but this is the last

Staff are as wonderful as always, there is always a big smile on their faces. It was the villa itself that need to be updated. Water was leaking from the bath. There was no hot water in one of the shower. We went to the spa and there was no water at all. Flies were everywhere in the restaurant. We spent another three nights at another water park hotel in Phuket at about the same price, it was much much better.
