This three-star hotel right across from the lake in Bellagio is good for an affordable family stay. Be aware that there’s some road noise from passing cars and trucks. Highlights include the rooftop garden and osite restaurants with views of a happening square. It’s worth splurging on one of the few rooms with a balcony.

Traveling to Bellagio in the winter was not the best idea, but we were in the area and wanted to see the lake. Most places are closed for the winter and Hotel Du Lac was one of the few places open. The Hotel rooms were very nice and the staff was wonderful. The cafe down stairs had some very decent dishes on the menu, since it was practically the only place open to eat, we were happy with the vegetarian options they had. The dock is across the street, so traveling on the lake was very easy. Only issue I had was the beds were a little hard for my taste, but they added some padding for me and it made a difference. It is a great option for a budget travel.

Great hotel. Spent 2 nights and wish We stayed more. Loved all the ferry rides . The villa is a must see. Local restaurants are fantastic. The hotel bartender was a gem. A vacation I will dream of for a long time.
