My girlfriend was getting married so we had the governor suite. At first, it seemed nice enough, a little dated but not bad. However once we got settled in and we’re ready to sit down, we noticed the chairs and couch literally had white stains all over. And when I say all over I mean covered. It was unsettling, but we dealt.
I just say though, the service at breakfast was absolutely amazing. The lady working the buffet and serving us was so sweet and amazing with all clients. She seriously deserves a raise.
Over all the stay was good, the state of the room was just disappointing.

I regularly stay here for work and over the past month and been bothered by some issues that I finally feel the need to get addressed. One is a security issue that I won’t discuss on-line to protect the integrity of it. Next is the gym. The treadmills are in desperate need of maintenance. The belts slip on the slightest jog, so incline walking is about all I can do on them. Which is good, but... next is the Precor universal machine. I saw workers working on it a few weeks ago replacing a cable. Needless to say, when it was put together, the cable was either over or under a bolt which cause the cable to fray. That bolt was on the floor snapped in half days later. Now...a bare cable on a pulley will only work so long. I checked in a day ago and found that it is totally useless now. Hotels need to to have gym equipment repaired by qualified people imo. I brought it forward to maintenance today....let hope for a timely repair. Update to follow.... other than that, I’ve always enjoyed this hotel and stay in the executive tower. Front desk staff are welcoming and always ensure my needs are met. The new bbq is a really nice amenity! The staff during breakfast are great and food selection is plentiful.
