We had a wonderful experience at the Extended Stay America. There are two sister locations and I would highly recommend staying at the 45 Junction Ct location. The rooms are extremely clean. I am very picky and particular about my guest room and they exceeded my expectations. We ended up moving from a 1-queen bedroom to a 2-queen bedroom and both rooms were immaculate. The housekeeping staff is very friendly and attentive. Especially Amy! She is always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist. Their front desk staff is very pleasant and their Assistant General Manager, Marissa, is exceptional. She is always welcoming and anticipating our every need. Marissa always has a smile on her face when we walk through the lobby and continuously asks us how our stay is going and what if anything she and her staff can do to make it more enjoyable. They serve a complimentary breakfast with packaged muffins, granola bars, and oatmeal packets. Their coffee is always fresh and fully stocked. They even keep it out all day so you are always able to have a nice hot cup when necessary. And they just opened their pool! We have yet to experience it as the weather hasn't been great as of late but each time we walk by it is clean and looks oh so refreshing! One thing to mention is they do allow pets. We do not have a pet with us and infrequently do I see any dogs but considering it is a pet-friendly hotel, they do an amazing job of making that unknowing to their guests! I have to say I was a bit taken aback when I learned they accept pets after check-in as I have had poor experiences with that in the past but honestly you wouldn't even notice as there is no pet odor or pet waste on the property! I would highly recommend this hotel to both business travelers as well as those visiting for leisure. I am very pleased with my stay. Thank you Marissa!
