We first visited the Time Traveller's Motel in 2011. We were pleased with it then, and I was happy to see it still was around when booking our latest trip to Canada. Under new ownership, the rooms have seen great upgrades (no more leopard print wallpaper) but the old-school vibe is still there (real metal keys & space-age kids play area). If you like a comfortable, clean place to stay, fully equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge & outside grilling area at a great price, Time Travellers is better than ever.

We book five motels when we take this trip from Maine to Michigan. Time Travellers was the only one we re-booked from previous trips. The couple that own it now are super friendly and welcoming, keep it clean and quiet, and love plants, check out the 20 foot long philodendron in the office! The next time we need a room in the Pembroke/Petawawa area, we will be back.

My fiancé and I stayed here for 6 nights and were extremely happy with pretty much everything about this place. The staff are nice and helpful, the rooms are clean and the price you can’t beat. There is also a good Wi-Fi connection(very surprised about that) and you’re almost right in the middle of Petawawa and Pembroke. 5/5 would recommend.
