We stopped here for a night on our motorcycle trip and the manager was very friendly and accommodating giving us a ground floor room so we could park the bike outside our room.
The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. It's not the Holiday Inn but the dont charge their rates either.
Reasonable price and probably better to call direct and get the best rate.
Would stay there again.

Like some of the other reviews here, we found it last minute and had no where else to stay. Firstly, let start with the positives;
Had running warm water,
Cleanish towels,
Microwave,
Cable tv

Negatives;
The room smelt of sadness and depression,
The bed sheets weren’t clean,
Had to shower without touching the shower curtain as the mould had grown to a point where it should have a name and be entered into pre-school as it was alive
My girlfriend woke with bites.... unfortunately not from me as being in that dirty room counteracted any amorous feelings that evening :(

Look I’m all for promoting businesses and local ones at that, but this place just plane stinks and should be buried in the earth or burnt as a ritual sacrifice for he god of hotels... I’d have rather been beaten in the street than try to sleep there for the 5 hours.
