This booking was a nightmare. We were left high and dry. No reception area only 2 maids on site, who unfortunately bore the brunt of my dissatisfaction. Trying to find accommodation for the next 5 days in Bali was frustrating with Hotels.com who after nearly 3 hours of calling, emailing, enlisting help from friends in hospitality only offered accommodation which was not as we had prepaid in full months before. The location also not acceptable. Won’t bother with Hotels.com again. Really bad customer service.

Fantastic location

Me and the partner had a great time staying at Rumi Villas specifically tunjung villa.

It was peaceful and quiet even though it was very close to all the best nightlife streets. Staff was very nice and cleans everyday.
