We are usually not doing this because we know very well how bad reviews can influence your business but what we experienced with the management of Hotel Antigua was just too much.
Since July 2019 we tried to make a reservation for a group of 14 people for next year July 2020, 10 nights!
We went personally to the hotel and they told us that the manager had her free day and of course they would contact us in the next days but we never heard from them.
We wrote two e-mails to inquire the reservation, they never responded.
After that our client who chose this hotel for her group spoke to the assistant manager who confirmed that the management had not set rates yet for next year but they would informe us the moment they would open for reservations.
We called them every beginning of the following weeks and they always told us they have no rates yet for 2020.
Today we passed again personally and now the hotel is full for next July!
Honestly if we would treat clients like this we could close our business.
Very sad experience....
