Used to be good

I stayed here 5 years ago, it was okay. Recommended it to friends this year, and they had a terrible experience. Bad WiFi, not clean, drunkenness in the middle of the night. I went to visit them, and the desk clerk wouldn’t let us go up to their room with them. Just weird, and uncomfortable.

Location great but not so with the beds.

I love the location and the look of this hotel. I failed to try out the bed before booking a room as they are the worst I've had in a month of Oaxacan hotels. The pillows fall in the same category and I used a rolled up towel in replacement. The rooms have elegant high ceilings and the courtyard is beautiful and quiet. If they replaced the beds and pillows, I would highly recommend the value and also want to stay here again. Installing ceiling fans would also be a plus. Wifi is weak at times.
