Went here with my Husband last weekend, and spent 4 days in total.

The hotel is actually pretty huge, it has two separate buildings; one for the villas, restaurants & beach house (the main building).. the other one for the pools, a tennis court & smaller hotel rooms.

It has its own kid’s club, spa, gift shop & private beach. It gets really quiet around 6pm, so it’s really perfect for you who likes a bit of a solitude though it’s only about 20 minutes ride from the airport.

The villa that we stayed in was beautiful and spacey. I do like the Balinese touch, and the staff are really attentive, very kind & welcoming.

We also tried the beach picnic and it was really great! We got our own butler to assist us, and the food was not only plenty for a picnic, but are really good.

All in all, it was an excellent experience and we definitely won’t hesitate to come back next time. A solid 9/10!

This was our second visit to this hotel and we couldn't believe anything could compare to our first time but it was even better!
This time we came with our daughter as we were so impressed by our previous experience.
From the moment we arrived the service at Novotel was fabulous.
Our daughter couldn't believe how friendly the staff were and We felt at home straight away.
Everyone was amazing, it's hard to thank everyone individually but there were certain staff members that made our stay incredibly special...
Juliarta, Wisnu (piggy) ,Tut, Sudarma,agung and Tami from cocos and bar nanas, Su, hari and all the team in the restaurant. We also met Tutfi (new catering manager) who was extremely friendly and made sure everything was perfect!
We also want to mention wita from the hotel who helped me at the hospital.
There are many more to list as everyone is amazing at Novotel, even the maintenance guys and the domestic staff always have time for a friendly hello! The room itself was fantastic (as before) with ample room for the 3 of us and fresh bottled water was left everyday so we didn't have to go out.
Beds are large and comfortable and the bath is to die for!
We definately recommend the hotel themed buffet nights on the beach. They cost extra but are really worth the money for the experience (we visited 4 theme nights on our holiday as they were all brilliant!)
There's also free canoes and boards available so you can venture out paddling in the safe-sea area in front of the hotel and loads of daily hotel aactivities during the day as well as free entertainment on the evenings. It really is the perfect place for an amazing holiday, plenty going on but relaxing with assistance available for trips, taxis or anything else you need.
We truly hope to return to this wonderful place again and would like to consider the people here our friends as they are amazing.
