This hotel is an excellent place to stay if you're on a budget but if you can spare a few dollars I suggest you spend them. I arrived late and the office was locked up but luckily a Clerk was sleeping on the floor behind a partition. The room was spacious but the place itself was a little weathered. It was dark even with all the lights on, the bathroom was a all-in-one deal, there was a commode of course, a really small sink with low water pressure, and a shower head in the corner. The wifi worked only on my phone and not my laptop. No one at the front office had enough English skills to understand what I was saying when I tried to explain that. The cable TV was good and the A/C made the room feel like a meat locker. The hotel did have a small pool and a villa with a private pool. The best part about the Bali Krishna was it's location. It was right in the middle of the main street in Seminyak so shops, bars, restaurants, and tourist agencies were everywhere. The beaches were close but the traffic in Bali is horrible so be care if you rent a scooter. If you visit Bali on a budget, then this is your place!

HAVE NEVER BEEN ASKED TO PAY A WEEKS ACCOMMODATION UP FRONT EVER. We had to pay cash before we even got the key. They did not take a card credit, nor did they did not take a copy of our passports, (this is a legal requirement since police and other authorities need to know who is in house at any time). THE MALE STAFF ARE THE MOST INCOMPETENT WORKERS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE. We were very pleased when Ayu turned up the next day and tried her hardest to make things right. On our second last day, we asked for a late check out(3 hours extra), she said that we would have to pay, well after a strong conversion at how disappointed we were about the our stay, she went left & came back, she gave us the extra 3 hours and free transport to the airport, again Ayu thank you.
IT IS ALSO THE ONLY TIME EVER I HAD GO AND BUY CLEANING PRODUCTS AS THE ROOMS NOR THE KITCHEN WHERE CLEANED.
We had the 2 bedroom villa - One Bathroom had ankle deep water, AC DIDN'T WORK, and wasn't FIXED for 2 DAYS, it also didn't have a TV, so the staff took the TV out of our room NO THEY DIDN’T ASK so we didn't have a TV (by the way it wasn't working either). We didn't have white bath towels we got pool towels WITH HOLES. NO TOILET PAPER, there is no safe, The bathroom sink leaked from the bottom WHEN THE TAP WAS ON, the shower in the bath sprayed everywhere, you had to hold the shower head and wash at the same time, the WI-FI was useless we had go outside the villa to use the internet. Got told that breakfast wasn't included, as we waited with the arrogant bloke to call, he's Manager (who didn't answer the phone) yet he was coming to see us at 7.00pm but never turned up. I waved the hotel policy in he's face that CLEARLY STATED BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED it is a part of their policy. The lamp shade OMG just look at the photo. I am going to go on EVERY travel site that I can find and place THIS feedback. When I booked this placed it wasn’t owned by OYO, it stated Bali Krisna Apartment and Villa is locally owned.
