We stayed for 7 nights, the reception did not let us check in earlier I understand that check in as 2 but I messaged the hotel and asked if we could check at 12 , they said they would try , when we arrived they kept us waiting tell 2 , us and everyone else , there was probably 10 couples waiting . It was like magic the clock turned 2 and bam all rooms where available, the rooms are dirty the shower has mildew and the shower doors has so much soap scum that they probably not been cleans for years, we asked for extra pillows after asking 2 times we gave up . We had to ask every day for hand towels, asked for soap never did get that either. The pool area is not very nice no umbrellas, and 6 chairs , there is a roof whirlpool and it was ok up there, except there chairs are not very comfortable, the beach they have 8 chairs so get there early if you want a chair at the beach, the breakfast buffet is terrible, there is mostly aus staying but they occupied locals , not worth having . No yougert no cheese only 2 choices of fruit , no pastry. They don’t no how to make eggs other then omelets, so like I said not a 4 star , it’s a good 2 star . Wifi does work well , and ac works well
