3rd year returning to Grand Mirage- family paradise. We have loved every minute of each stay and felt so welcomed by all the staff. Especially as they remembered us and our children by name. Easiest holiday with 2 young children and all inclusive option was an absolute winner. Have highly recommended to lots of friends who have now been and are returning again. Kids club for us was the golden ticket. Our children absolutely loved attending and the comfort we had knowing they were in good hands was amazing. Our youngest was 18mths for our first visit and their level of attention to his needs was exceptional. Karyati, Sinta and the staff and have left a special place in our hearts and we cannot wait to return. The kids regularly ask when we will be back and look so fondly at photos of our 3 family holidays.

We stayed here last year had a wonderful time but thought we should try somewhere else this year. Big mistake. Checked into another hotel in Nusa Dua and knew straight away that we had made a big mistake. Luckily we were able to check out next day and move to the Grand Mirage. It was like coming home. Beautiful staff, fabulous food and with the new infinity pool it is even better than last year. Most people go all inclusive and and it is well worth it. There are many restaurants to choose from and the food is fantastic in each place. Poolside food drinks and room service whatever you want. Great entertainment too and wonderful for families with the kids club. The General Manager runs the hotel like clockwork and spends time mingling with the guests to make sure everything is spot on. Haven’t met anyone who doesn’t love it here. 5 stars
