No hassle, helps you park and leaves you alone unless you want to talk, we attended Ice Cream social one night then potluck on Thursday night, the other guests that stay most of the summer do a great job making you feel welcome and include you in the activities, great place for kids, sites, tables, hot tub and bathrooms are spotless! Very helpful if you have troubles or need help.

We booked for 1 week and after 2 days we asked if we could stay another week. The owners are the most accommodating people ever. They made it possible for us to stay another 8 days. The park is on the river and they have walking paths that follow the river. Our dog LOVED being able to walk off leash at the river. The 4th of July, they guided us up to a mountain top to watch fireworks. It was the most memorable 4th we have had. Travis and Tannah love what they are doing and it shows. Their staff is wonderful and we became friends with many. They have fire pits at many sites, a community fire pit, game room, playground, and beautiful flower gardens maintain by Dorothy, a long time returning guest. If you want a laid back resort with beautiful views, this is the place. We loved it so much, we put our name on the list for 3 months next year.
