I booked here based on reading posted reviews. There was good and some not so good. First the good. There is private parking with an assigned parking space. There are beach chairs and beach towels for your use. The staff was very courteous. There is a washer/dryer for guest use. The grounds were clean and well kept. My unit was freshly painted and clean. The living room furniture and appliances were in good shape. The carpeting appeared new. The AC had no problem keeping up with the summer heat. The property is literally located right on the beach. Now the not so good. I could tell the bedroom furniture (in its day) was beautiful but was starting to show wear. I have to be honest about the bathroom, it was a disaster. For the most part of our stay, we were the only ones here which felt strange. There was a security guard at night which did help with the uneasiness of being alone as there is no staff on site after a certain hour. I did not experience any problems with safety. All in all, my stay here was ok.

As the title states my wife and I have stayed here six times and are looking to visit again in the fall. We always look forward to coming here. We know we're going to be treated like family. We enjoy spending time with the owners and the staff. They have always been friendly and accommodating. We love having the kitchen so we can cook our breakfast and head out to the beach. It's so convenient to be that close to the beach. The location is great. We really enjoy sitting outside watching the cruise ship as they head out sea. We have been very fortunate to be part of the family at Manta Ray Inn. We will be back soon and we look forward to our return. See you soon.
