Monsieur Hughes and his pet rabbit were gracious and attentive hosts. The room was comfortable, spacious and well stocked with amenities. There are cosy nooks for relaxing in the back yard as well as a hot tub. The Villa is literally a few steps from the boardwalk and beach. We only stayed one night but would enjoy returning for a longer time. The only thing missing is a pool, but if the beach is calm, it would not be needed (it was very rough surf). Reasonable cost for the location includes an invaluable city-wide parking pass. And thank you, Hughes, for the welcome pineapple and chocolates! He will make you feel very welcome.

Hughes was an AMAZING host. The location is amazing - only a 30 seconds walk to the beach. The building is decorated nicely and kept clean inside and out. The room made my friend and I feel like we were on a honeymoon. Very nice room with many freebies, and common areas that we just didn't get a chance to use because we were only there for one night and had to leave early the next day. I will definitely be coming back to Villa Sinclair for a longer staycation and enjoy the hot tub and free bicycles. I want to reiterate how amazing the service was - Hughes is from France and his service is above and beyond anything i've seen for any motel, hotel, or B&B. I'd choose Villa Sinclair over a 5-star resort any day of the week! Thanks Hughes! We'll be back!
