Overview

The Aleva Villa provides travelers with comfortably sized one-bedroom villas that are suitable for small families to use. Pre honeymoon

We were excited to stay in this villa as we saw many good reviews however it did not live upto it standards. So it was nice that they personalised the room by writing your name on the kitchen wall and explained everything in the room and then took a picture of us with their camera.

Then it goes all downhill.. the most off putting thing was to see yellow bed stains on bed and it was right in the middle. Then one of the sliding doors was broken. The shower/ rainfall was also faulty as the rainfall cannot be turned off fully when water was on.

Although everything was solved pretty much immediately it ruined our stay especially it was our last 2 days of Bali .. before this we stayed in a 4 star hotel in Sanur another part of Bali.

In the end the manager did give us complimentary afternoon tea, floating breakfast and flower bubble bath. I mean they did try their best in the end but from a 4 star villa I don’t expect to have all these problems.

We arrived last night and when we check in the staff at the receptionist already know our reservation booking ist so wonderful
We tying the floating breakfast with small additional charge but worth it to try
