Overview

One of the most picturesque hotels on Earth, on quite possibly the most picturesque island in the world, the Aria offers villas and suites that, while not necessarily designed for young people, are welcoming to families who can afford to stay here. From sweeping views of the Greek islands in the Aegean Sea to private pools and the shared rooftop Jacuzzi, the Aria is like something out of a dream.
Several of the suites and villas will suit families of four to six people, including the Norma Suite with two bedrooms (a queen in each), plus sofa bed in a living room, and the Fidelio Villa with two bedrooms accommodating six guests on a pair of queens and two sofa beds. Families with older children, or mature little ones, will relish the tranquility of this special place on Santorini.

It can be hit and miss with accommodation in Santorini. Choose these suites, especially with children, and you won’t be disappointed. We stayed in the Carmen suite which was truly beautiful and very spacious. We loved sitting outside by the pool and enjoying the view with a wine which we had bought with us.
The only fault was trying to get any other kind of drink by the pool bar. Michael was quite busy and no one else seemed to know what to do. That was a little frustrating and perhaps more staffing around 4-6pm would be wise.

We arrived and immediately someone helped us with our bags and gave us ice cold lemonade! The hotel is perfect. Clean, beautiful rooms, a wonderful pool, on the quiet side of town. Everyone was so helpful. Fantastic breakfast served right in front of our suite. I only wish we had more time here! Highly recommend.
