Definitely more pros than cons to this hotel and I would go back again. This is a good hotel but a few minor changes and it could be fantastic.
Pros
Great welcome, very friendly staff (apart from one two in the lobby bar). Special mention to Doris, Alexander and Maria. These deserve an award for their customer service skills! Spotlessly clean hotel and surrounding areas and room was of a good standard. Food is really good and the variety is amazing for all meals. Best food we have had all inclusive over many trips! Entertainment was ok but very scarce last few days, however, this didn’t bother us at all! Plenty of sun loungers and both quiet and lively pools. Stunning scenery and a short stroll down to the cove although hilly so anyone would mobility issues may struggle. Snack bar in the day is amazing! The terrace at the top by the lobby bar is a special place to watch the sunset!
Cons
Pools are freezing and also most have salt in the water, not very pleasant! Selection of drinks in main bar ok but in other bars just soft drinks, hot drinks or beer. Cocktails pre made and full of sugar so didn’t bother with them and as previously mentioned the paper cups were not at all nice. I would expect hard plastic cups at least in a 4 star hotel. Didn’t try Greek restaurant the menu was very limited but the Buffett was enough for us.
Finally the hotel is isolated and you can’t walk really anywhere. Not a problem if you don’t mind taking the bus or taxi which we did to Rethymnon, highly recommend.
Little tip make sure you take mosquito treatment with you we were bitten lots but this is not really something the hotel can help.

It is unlikely we would have booked this hotel, however due to the liquidation of TC we took a punt, and have to say we were very pleasantly suprised. The rooms are a good size and exceptionally clean as was the hotel in general. The food choice and quality was excellent. The staff were friendly and always attentive.
The only criticisms we would make is that the air-conditioning was not very effective, and charging €3 a day for the safe is a bit of a liberty.
The location is away from local ameneties, so I would recommend hiring a car.
