Overview

Situated within the mountains, the Ayung Resort Ubud provides travelers with a luxurious place to stay that is within driving distance of the Sangeh Monkey Forest, the Neka Art Museum and the Blanco Renaissance Museum. This resort offers families the option of reserving a traditional room or a private villa. Most rooms at the resort are capable of accommodating up to three guests when an extra bed or crib is used. However, the Two-Bedroom Villa can sleep up to four guests. All villas at the resort have private infinity pools. Amenities offered to families include babysitting, in-room DVD players, cribs, free Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast, a kiddie pool and two outdoor swimming pools. The resort features four onsite restaurants for guests to choose from.

Old property but complimentary evening tea with macroons were my fav part!

It was a great experience in terms of the staff and facilities. However the property is a bit old. Doesn't look as lush green as in the pictures. It's quite far from the main town of Ubud which is why eveyday travel.back.and forth cost a lot. Evening tea and other complimentary freebies like treks and dance performances were very interesting!

The Amazing Ayung

To end an amazing two week holiday in Bali we decided to spend the last three days and two nights at this amazing and incredible resort. Words and photos do not do it justice this truly is a slice of heaven.
From the moment we arrived we were treated to the best service by the friendly staff at Ayung. The grounds of the resort are truly spectacular vibrant and green.
The selection in the restaurant and breakfast are incredible and vegan friendly. The afternoon tea Balinese pancakes are incredible and I cannot wait to return again soon. My only regret was that we did not stay longer.
