This place was amazing,after travelling through asia and staying at a few places we upgraded our last hotel to the luxury bay in bali.
Welcomed by friendly staff at 1130 at night, was soo happy to see us and made us feel welcome straight away, had a honeymoon suite which was massive, cleanliness was immaculate.
Our favourite part was the rooftop bar & eclipse pool-there was always an abundance of space even when it was busy, the staff learned our names and made you feel special.
It was a little out of the way from main shops ect but the travel expense out there cost nothing and was nice to retreat back to a little slice of heaven after a long day out.
All in all would highly reccomend this place

We were very enjoyed their welcoming but hard to communicate I’m afraid. I had to say I wish they have more staff for breakfast especially the beverage area and washing dishes . They run out off tea cup and glasses in a second and the electric espresso machine was a joke, it tasted good but not working well and there was only one staff to be there for others.
We had a great time for massage but there is one room for two massage beds. They didn’t explain well about the third person needs to be the room service. In the end I wasn’t pleased for the arraugment. I hope it won’t happen again. They only got 2 staff for massage for now another one was on training. Must try their massage even it was hard to make a reservation or weird arrangements. I enjoyed 2 times massage there and I feel everyone should try it.
