Overview

This beautiful, luxury hotel is only a one-minute walk from the beach. Families will find several of the available rooms appropriate for them. The Grade Lagoon Suite has a king bed and two single beds for four people, and the Two Bedroom Pool Villa has one king bed and one twin bed for three. A crib or rollaway bed can be added to any room for an additional space. Rooms have free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, refrigerator, private bathroom, air conditioning, and more. Children will love the gorgeous onsite pool and separate children’s pool while parents will enjoy the hotel’s spa.

I and my daughter just stayed in The Laguna Resort and Spa, Nusa Dua- Bali. I was amazed by the genuine, cordial and excellent services provided by all staff I met: loss prevention, FO, FB, Housekeeping, Butler, HR, Kitchen, Pool Attendant.

Amazing Resort and Over the Top Service!

My wife and I stayed at the The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa in Nusa Dua, Bali. We had an amazing experience. On arrival, we felt special. The staff was so kind. Not just nice, but kind and caring – as they just really cared that we had an amazing time. The butler service, awesome – a shout out to Dewa – always asking is everything perfect? and made it so.!! We had a nice surprise for our anniversary; welcome flowers, baskets of fruit, rose petals, a room upgrade, and some how we had many of the staff congratulating us all week long on our anniversary. The resort is beautiful, but the staff made it stand out. Special recognition to those that made our stay special: Dickey in the Bar – always welcomed us back after a day touring in Bali (with so many people how does he know our names?) , Smiling Amy teaching us to speak “Balinese” at the Arwana restaurant, staff at the Spa (you have to experience), and Verina and the whole concierge staff. We are already planning to return.
