This hotel was not nice at all. We booked two rooms, one for us, parents, and a room by the pool for our son. Our son said that mice were running behind his bed all night. Our room was ok but the bath did not empty and was full of water. We got out of there as soon as possible. Should not even be on any hotel website, they need to clean up their act. I'm sure there are better places to stay in Munduk village. It is also a dark, dangerous walk to the village. Would advise people to stay in the village. Would not recommend.

The setting was lovely for privacy, pool great, room clean there were cups in the room one with a broken handle but no kettle when asked for a kettle they sent a thermos of hot water which of course was only warm the next morning, No bottled water shower dribbled out a very small amount of water then pooled on the bathroom floor no shampoo ect . I was disappointed as this was my most expensive room at $80 au and the more affordable places paid more attention to detail.
