Second time I’ve stayed at a red roof inn and definitely the last. I was evacuating Florida from Hurricane Dorian and honestly, I would have rather braved the storm then stay here. We had to wait over 12 hours after arriving for a room to be ready because they had over booked! On top of that our first room didn’t even have power. They gave us a new room at no extra charge just to find out the shower didn’t even work, once they fixed that our room started flooding shortly after! Their “breakfast” was nothing like what was promised in the broschure. They were almost always out of coffee. They ran out of towels too. The only positive thing I have to say about this place is the location. It’s conveniently located next to everything and anything you could possibly want or need. This place is unprofessionally run and none of the front desk workers seem to give a damn about any of the problems. I’m surprised this establishment is still open. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY.

Room was very clean newly remodeled. Location was perfect with bunch of food options available. Also, mall is right across the road. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful to all our needs. We were excited that they were pet friendly.
