Horrible check in, lady badgered us for about 10 minutes trying to find our tax exemption. I am an elite member BTW.

Tried to booked the spa was almost impossible.

Room was dirty and hardly made up.

Stay away from this one

Towels are old and frazzled not worth it.

Going over to the Marriott!

Great Place to Stay in Lima Peru

We stayed at the Westin twice during a post-cruise excursion, once for two days before flying to Cusco and again for one night upon our return to Lima.

They honoured our Bonvoy Elite status during the stay and provided us access to the Premium Lounge after we checked out the last and before heading to the airport.

Management and staff were great, they are friendly and very accommodating. If we ever return to Lima, we’ll definitely stay here again.
