This is one of those bargain basement hotels. Staff was friendly. That's it. For starters, television would only work if you unplugged it and then only for a little while. Bed was not comfortable. We asked for several extra pillows and recieved only one with the clerk stating that was hotel policy. Breakfast was standard hotel fare with the biscuits being hard an cold. We heard loud traffic both nights as well as extremely noisy neighbors slamming doors and talking loudly in the hallway. When checking out we reminded the clerk that the television had not worked and did not receive any apology or sorry but was told that they had a note for maintenance to check it out. If this is a Red Roof Plus I'd hate to see what a regular Red Roof was like.

Iv been staying at the red roof for several months now. Every time i need anything maintenance or house keeping is right on it. They are a good group to be around and nice to get off work in a strange area and feel welcome.
