The Hotel makes every effort to accommodate your needs. The staff knows you by name and goes out of their way to ensure a great getaway. If you are looking for a home away from home, there is no where else to stay.

We were upgraded to the executive floor, and it was nice to have soft drinks, cream for the coffee and water available. Rooms and common areas were clean, but there was noise from adjoining rooms. An informational brochure in the room said that breakfast was complimentary - just charge to the room. When we were changed for the breakfast and called the front desk, we were told that our upgrade did not include the breakfast and someone forgot to tell us. After some argument, the charge was removed, but it left me wondering how this was an upgrade - are the other rooms of poorer quality?
The location is very good for campus visits and there is a parking garage next door.
