Good place

I use the lounge area to have some business meetings as its local to my office.. Great service by the staff ( Christina ) and the others ... very hospitable ! Make sure they deliver what their customers demand !!!

Amazing staff

I feel that good service deserves to be recognised and the staff at the hotel went out of their way to make sure we were looked after.

I attended an event at the hotel on the Saturday and was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff and the great service even though they were under a lot of pressure, there was always a smile on their face.

At breakfast the staff were so friendly, they couldn't do enough for us, they made sure we had everything we needed. Whilst I was talking to the restaurant manager my daughter injured her head. The staff were quick to react, got us ice, helped to calm her down and showed genuine concern for her well being. The general manager and the reception staff were brilliant at organising a taxi, providing everything we needed.

Thanks to the staff we were able to get the treatment we needed and my daughter is recovering well.
