On the most part you know what to expect from this chain of hotel so shouldn't be disappointed if things aren't quite perfect. We tend to use Premier Inn and competitors if we just need a 'base' to go out from. Hotel is in a great location, easy access to the good bars and restaurants of Shoreditch and only a few minutes walk from The Tube. Our only gripe is that despite booking a double room, on arrival we were told we had booked a single (despite us showing the check in person our confirmation). He said don't worry all single rooms have a double bed (??) It just means we'll only give you one set of towels??? Really couldn't work this one out.

Great stay

wonderful staff great rooms have looked after my disabled sister who often works in London amazingly well and rescued us when a hotel in the other side of London let us down before we visited the queens garden party. Can recommend them enough
