OUTSTANDING SERVICE

Booked a one night stay as a birthday treat for my daughter. Prior to stay I contacted by Vera, guest experience manger enquiring as to the nature of our visit. On arrival we were upgraded to a junior suite complete with birthday cake, fresh fruit plus prosecco. Vera welcomed us like old friends. Without exception the staff were polite, friendly all going that extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Having stayed at Langham, Dorchester and Claridges over the years I can only suggest they could learn a lot from the staff at The Montcalm. Will definitely return

An excellent hotel with first class service in a very convenient location

First stay at this small-mid size hotel but extremely impressed with the quality of accommodation, in-room fitments and appliances, and range of hotel facilities but especially the service. Great location for sightseeing and shopping in the West End. Truly First class.
