This is a great location with awesome staff. It's in the heart of downtown and only 25 minutes to the airport, easy access to the c-train. Close to the Stampede grounds and all the facilities there. It's quite and treats you like family.

The Hyatt is centrally located for business travel and provides all the amenities that you may require ( including pool, gym, sauna, on site restaurant and in room dining) but it is the staff that makes the experience special for me. Every person I dealt with was courteous and helpful and always had a smile and a kind word. I am a frequent guest and I am always addressed by name and a welcome smile.
Family Activities
Indoor Pool
The long indoor pool located on the 18th floor is surrounded by lounge chairs and floor-to-ceiling windows, offering excellent views of Calgary. The pool is open from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. and pool towels are provided. Kids will find pool noodles and other pool toys to splash with, and the adults will find a sauna and whirlpool to relax in. An outdoor sundeck can be found just outside the pool to enjoy on a warm summer day, and the fitness center is next to the pool. Bathrooms are located in the hallway by the pool and fitness center.
Free Bicycles
Ask the concierge about the complimentary bicycles available at the hotel. There are several trails situated nearby and a bike is the best way to explore the city.
