We stayed four days in this hotel. The place is well situated, half a square from the main quare 'Plaza de Armas'. The hotel is quite clean, the room was ok, small cupboard with a table, two beds, a small bathroom. We took AC room as the room was oriented towards the street and though full sun. AC worked well. The highly promoted warm water did not work for 3 days out of four and everytime we told it to the receptionist, they answered 'ok, we are going to fix it until you are back'. when we came back the answer was 'it's fixed', but it wasn't until we ask for reimbursement. The Wifi was always very week, and on day 3 disappeared completly. The managers did not even realise and did not fix it as we asked for. Breakfast is served from 7.30 am on, it is very small. No way you can get something earlier when you have to leave earlier, although it is included in the price and therefore paid. We don't recommend this place, it is far too expensive for the service delivered and people are not honnest, unfortunately.
