My wife and I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel (and I feel like the word "hotel" diminishes the quality of this place). It was, as my title states, the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at in our entire lives! The rooms were amazing: large with incredible canopy beds and even more amazing bathrooms. The amenities were endless: from an open honor bar to Pisco Sours made in your room (which was SO fun). The breakfasts were delicious: including an extensive buffet and made-to-order items. The location is excellent: walking distance from the main square of Cusco. The staff is very helpful: providing us directions to various locations as well as bottles of water and umbrellas. Oh, I should add that, knowing it was an anniversary trip for us, the management even surprised us with a bottle of champagne and an amazing assortment of incredible fruits! One word for this place: classy!! My wife and I simply cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a luxury experience just minutes from the center of Cusco.

This property is an oasis in the historic city of Cusco. The features within the property of wood craftsmanship, stone work and ponds are stunning. The service is outstanding. We arrived late but we our room featured hit water bottles to warm our are bed, fresh flowers, champagne and treats to celebrate my wife’s milestone birthday. The complimentary breakfast features many local delicacies and breads. We have stayed at a few Belmond properties and this is one of the best!!
