The space heater provided by the hotel needed to run all night and most of the day to avoid freezing to death. Cold does not begin to describe this refrigerator impersonating as a hotel for human beings. Staff were great they tried so hard but how can one ignore the freezing temperatures. I understand most hotels in cusco suffer the same reality. Only the finest hotels bother to provide heat as most westerners are accustomed to. Good neighborhood. A long walk to Downtown. Bed was wonderful.

This little hotel is wonderful!! Really well priced, great breakfast - fresh fruit and freshly cooked eggs however you liked. Room was clean and bed was large and very comfy!! We didn’t have hot water for one shower, but an hour later we did for my husbands shower!

The best bit about this place is the staff...they held our bags for us at not extra cost, infact they said we could leave them in the same room!! They printed some paperwork for us and on top of all that...a complimentary ride to the airport!
