This is a great little hotel in a good location, just a 10 minute walk from the central square.
The staff are very helpful, our room was very comfortable and warm, despite the cool evenings and cold nights at the altitude.
We were served and lovely breakfast and there is tea, coffee and filtered water available at all times.
My wife had a bit of a problem with altitude sickness on our first full day in Cusco and she was given the correct advise to rest up and keep hydrated; the following day she was fine.
We spent a lovely few days in Cusco, enjoying the history, culture and cuisine of that fascinating city. This hotel was the perfect base.

We stayed here twice. The first time for 4 nights while we acclimatised, explored Cusco and did local tours including the Sacred Valley. The second time was for a single night after we returned from Machu Picchu. They looked after our large bags while we were away. This is a highly recommended hotel. Very comfortable, perfect location on the perimeter of town(about 10 minutes walk to the main square), perfect breakfast choices(also early start for travellers taking early train or flights).
Above all, amazing staff who genuinely and warmly welcomed guests and showed emotional disappointment upon departure. Seems a shame to single out any one person but we fell in love with Pamela's smile. It should be put in a bottle and preserved . Maybe it could be shown worldwide to students studying hospitality.
