The staff were courteous and eager to help, which was appreciated. We stayed at the Ceniza suite for 2 nights, then another room the night we returned from Aguas Calientes. The Ceniza suite has the bathroom and a sitting area on the first level, and a loft with a large bed and dressers. The bed in this room was very comfortable. The bathroom (not just the shower) had a glass door, which I found odd. There was heat only in the loft, so bathroom and sofa area can get very cold. In fairness, lack of heating is an issue in general in South America, from what I can tell. Breakfast is in a courtyard, where it's important to sit next to a heating lamp. Breakfast offerings included breads, fruit, yogurt, some sort of egg dish each day, local cereals/grains. The night we returned from Aguas Calientes we requested a warmer room, so we were given a smaller room, with a smaller bed. This bed was pretty hard. Separating the bathroom from another hotel room was a partial wall with glazed glass paneling, which again seemed odd and not affording the bathroom enough privacy. We did not have any issues with noise, as other reviewers have mentioned.
