Excellent customer service

We stayed in this hotel twice during our private tour in October. Our first stay was when we first arrived in Cusco and had to leave early morning for our Sacred Valley tour. We had to leave our luggage for storage and the hotel staff was very accommodating. The person at the front desk said to just leave our luggage in our room and they will take care of them. When we came back, we had the same room which we liked since it had a beautiful view of the city and our luggage were already in the room.

We highly recommend this hotel. We selected this based on recommendation of the tour agency and it had excellent reviews on TripAdvisor. It did not disappoint. The customer service is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome. We had to leave at 5 am for our tour to Rainbow Mountain and they prepared a breakfast bag for us. We had dinner one night at the hotel and the food was delicious. Our room was clean, though small. The ambiance of the hotel was very inviting and peaceful. The hotel was centrally located in a safe, yet busy area.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay.

Great option to stay in Cusco

Suenos Del Inka is a good ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ hotel to stay in Cusco : good location :5 minutes walking to Plaza de Armas. Bathroom was remodeled , staff is very nice. Good restaurants near by. Disadvantages: there is no elevator, my room was on the 3rd floor. So I had to take a lot of stars every time I went to my room. Ask for a room in the back of the building, to avoid to have a lot of noise from the streets. I stayed there for 3 nights (in a silent room), and after coming back from Machu Picchu, stayed 1 night in a very noisy room .
Breakfast was ok, could be better .
