My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights during our stay in Arequipa. First off, the rooms are clean, spacious, have good hot water and great wifi. The location is also right in the middle of the tourist district so everything is close by. Only complaint is the potential noise from the street (I had earplugs so the sound didn’t bother me), and the price could be cheaper for what it is. That said, it’s central location is probably the reason it costs $5-10 $ more than a comparable place somewhere else. I would definitely stay here again. Also, the city views from the balconies are excellent - make sure you always ask for a room with a balcony because there is at least one (which we were put in initially) that is in the middle of the hall and has no views to the outside whatsoever.

Location : perfect. Just a street from the main square and right by great cafes and restaurants.

Room: a bit plain but spacious and comfy

Staff: nice. They let us check in early after arriving very early (before 6am) on Peru hop which was nice

Hotel: pretty standard, quite nice building with balconies in most rooms which have nice views of the cathedral.

Breakfast : nice bread, jam, juice as normal plus eggs (note if you're vegetarian make sure you say as we were just automatically given eggs with ham in).

If you're after a hostel go somewhere else, as there isn't an atmosphere here really. If you want a fine place to crash with great location then here is good
