We arrived worried 10/10/2019 as we had heard of the flood damage. To the hotels credit much had been cleaned up quickly so allayed our fears. The hotel is stunning in a beautiful setting. Our room was superb. Huge clean fantastic sea view and balcony with a truly stunning bathroom. we were thrilled. For the first two days we were on cloud nine and very impressed. The beach pools gardens etc absolutely beautiful. The food was plentiful however after two days we realized it was constantly re hashed at the next meal became very bland boring and repetitive and was NEVER hot. Ridiculous. Mealtimes a bit chaotic however the waiters worked very hard to keep up.Deserts looked lovely but were very much the same and tasted bland with the odd exception. Certainly NOT 5 STAR by any means and left a lot to be desired. This needs to be much improved and hot plates to actually keep food HOT. Very disappointing and not the quality expected. We are NOT fussy eaters but became pretty fed up. Two outstanding waiters were Mehmet and Ajan. They were exceptional. They need to be rewarded and promoted. The Aquapark was closed upon arrival. That was blamed on the flood. Absolute rubbish. Apparenty the hotel is well known for closing down facilities early in October. Read earlier reviews. That is mentioned well BEFORE the flood happened. Management here appear to do as they please when they please and disregard their customers. As a few days went by more facilities were closed down around us. Bear in mind this was only 13th October and certainly NOT the end of season in Turkey. The indoor pool was closed for a day. The baked potato area was closed down. The beach bar restaurant was then closed down. Some of the smaller pools weren't open. If I had kids I would have been furious at the early closure of the Aquapark. The funfair half the rides were closed apparently. The Entertainment the first few nights was first class. Varied and interesting. However on night five the entertainment was cancelled. The next night the compare had disappeared and we were subjected to god damned awful techno music via a terrible D jay. It took him just half an hour to empty the area of customers. He coul;dnt care less. this music was only suitable for demented 18 year olds. A lot of people in the hotel were middle aged. Not many club goers. We got the impression the entertainment thereafter was also being closed down early. We were flying home the next day the 17th. I have read reviews recently from several families due to holiday here after the 17th who have had their holidays now cancelled by e mail. The hotel has closed earl;y. Disgraceful practice.Leaving those families little time to find a new holiday however since all the facilities were shut for them anyway they wouldnot have enjoyed it there. We all paid a higher premium to go to this hotel because of all the extra facilities. we paid at least £200 more for this hotel as opposed to others we looked at. That was grossly unfair of the hotel to close all these promised facilities. We paid all that extra money for nothing. To me that is misrepresentation. I have now noticed the hotel name has changed since we came home. So either its now under new management or is going bust or something. The name is now Vogue Supreme Hotel. All very suspicious if you ask me. However that would explain why management didn't care about the customers. How sad such a beautiful hotel can be mis managed and ruin its reputation. Furthermore I would add the beautiful pier with beds exists. I was looking forward to trying that, Huh NO CHANCE of anyone getting a spot there unless you are in just three catagories. One being a party of pretty young girls second being from a villa or third being Russian. Since they pretty much commanderred everything im afraid. Management did nothing to prevent this.I also witnessed seats being reserved for pretty young girls with drinks served to them all night. No such luck for us we were ignored. As for reviews stating the hotel waited on them hand and foot well yes if you were in a villa or Russian. Rest of us treated as second hand citizens im afraid. Skating waiters? yes we saw them. however NOT ONCE were we asked if we d like a drink. I witnessed the same skater serving the same family ALL DAY DRINKS. I have NEVER experienced discrimination on any holiday anywhere before except here. However do not expect 5 Star treatment unless you are Russian or in a Villa. There were many nationalities at the hotel. We experienced NO problems with any other than the Russians who are im sorry to say Rude Entitled and Obnoxious. There were not many English people here, Now I know why. Until management do something to address such issues I would not advise English people to go here. Unfortunately you will start to feel unwelcome and under valued. I really had believed beforehand people were exaggerating such things. Unfortunately not its true. All this left a very bitter taste and ruined our holiday. We have complained to Love Holidays. It is very sad this hotel is being run this way. The setting beach pools lobby bedrooms views are so stunning. If you decide to chance this hotel anyway despite my very honest review then DO NOT GO IN OCTOBER whatsoever. Earlier in the season perhaps all the facilities WILL be open. I still feel you will experience discrimination for being English and not Russian. However if you are a party of pretty young girls you will be fine as the waiter will ensure you get the best seats and drinks flowing all evening. We had a very good room cleaner whom its best to tip a few euros per day or Lira and then she will look after you quite well. They work hard and aren't paid a lot. Same with a few exceptional waiters. The re painting of the hotel began before we left to come home. Seeing as the htel was closing early WHY did the hotel feel the need to subject the guests to paint fumes. It all added to the feeling they couldn't wait for all of us just to go home so they could close. Those repairs were not essential after the flood damage and should have been done when closed as after all they gained extra time to do it when empty. As much as this hotel is beautiful as is Torba beach I would NOT ever return here as I have lost all faith in the hotel. We d waited all year for this holiday for the hotel to ruin it.

We stayed at the Vogue Bodrum with family in October 2019.
There are lots of great things about this hotel- a few niggles so I’ll start with those so I can end on a positive!!
So the small Niggles........We arrived on the 12th but already many of the facilities were closed early for the season.
No aqua park - huge disappointment - even thought her website states opens till 15th October.
The website states lots of restaurants but only 1 open (again as end of season) however you will never go hungry at this hotel- lots of food (although repetitive ) and also have a cafe and snack bar open so you can pretty much constantly eat! They even have a midnight buffet from midnight to 2pm!)
As we arrived mid October the pool snack bar was only open a day- only negative at the pool- being charged 10lira to have my sons Inflatable blown up ! Thought that was bit weird for a 5 star!
In terms of the room- there was a Damp smell that came from the bathroom but fine if you keep the door closed!
Final issue- lack of English speaking staff- although they try their best to get someone who does speak English- communication was a bit of a struggle- the only thing that makes me think twice about coming back.
Now the positives..........
This hotel is amazingly clean! The cleaning staff are literally everywhere and I have to say they are a credit to the hotel.
Food choices are vast (even a
Little repetitive ) but there is enough choice for you to choose different food should you wish!
The mini kids club was fab- thankfully open during our stay- again English a problem - but the staff made the kids feel very welcome. My 2 loved the mini disco and Luna Park at night (even though only half the rides were in operation)
Dino Park- was ok - much smaller then I imagined but then again everything looks amazing on the internet doesn’t it !
The staff are really helpful(when understanding what I’m
Saying!) they gave us a late check out till 2pm without charge however were wanting to charge 50 dollars (normally 100 dollars) if we wanted the room till 6pm (our taxi pick up was 7:30pm)
However there is so much to do in the place that my two were happy to have a last trip to the bra h and play park there!
The pools and beach is stunning - again super clean) although I feel
That water was a little cold - but again it is October! Temperature was 26 -27 degrees but you may need a cardigan to cover your shoulders at night! They have a “heated” indoor pool but temp not much warmer that outside!
Overall the only reason I never say 5 star is because we probably never got to fully experience the Vogue in its entirety! Had all facilities been open- maybe I would have rated 5 star!
Will I come again- probably in a few years and not in October
Would I recommend - absolutely!!!!
