Unfriendly reception

The rooms were nice but the reception staff is what won’t bring us again to the hotel . We booked two rooms and wanted to switch them into one or upgrade to a higher room but they refused, they put us in very bad looking rooms and they were unhelpful when we needed guidance for places to go to , the housekeeping and room service is exceptionally good and the hotel has the perfect location

Marmara hotel is one of my favorite hotels in Istanbul, great location, clean, nice decor.
As usual, the staff are so friendly!!
