Dubai is known for its glitz and glamour, and for being one of the richest cities in the world. Dubai also has plenty to offer families traveling to the United Arab Emirates, and the Time Grand Plaza Hotel is located in an epicenter of entertainment. Spacious guestrooms can accommodate eight guests and offer stunning views of the city and sea. Each room comes complete with flat screen televisions, private bathrooms and air-conditioning. The onsite restaurant serves a variety of local and internationally inspired meals. Kids will love visiting Bollywood, LEGOLAND and Motiongate. There are also several water parks in the city. Parents will appreciate the professional childcare services and extra cribs.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Lovely rooftop swimmingpool. Fitness available.
Not so much to see and to do in the neighbourhood but metro is close by to go to the city.
10 minuten from the airport.

The hotel is very dated and tired looking, it is not fresh and clean like the photos. I don’t understand why the word “grand” is in the title as it does not fit that description.
We pre booked the hotel online with a child on the booking, on arrival was told we were on a smoking floor and room. The fact that hotel knowingly put a child in a smoking room is absolutely appalling to me. We were told this was the last room in the hotel. It was 4am in the morning and travelling with children after a 17 hr flight, were not offered a refund to stay somewhere else.
The room felt grubby, the outside of the windows were filthy could barely see out them, black mould in the shower. Couldn’t relax as I didn’t not feel comfortable.
The breakfast was ok but pretty expensive even with the apparent “discount” you get for staying there. The filter coffee was undrinkable so I paid £9 for a flat white at the cafe in the lobby. Room service food was delicious but again extremely expensive.
Pool area is not child friendly at all, the life guards just glare at you the whole time if you make any noises. Not a welcoming place.
Our flight couldn’t come soon enough, we travel a lot and this was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at.
