We stayed here for 2 nights, mid October, at the end of our trip to Japan. The check in was seamless and although early & before check in time we were allowed access to our room. which was very comfortable, modern, clean and tidy. This hotel is located very close to Tokyo tower and close to the train station, on the yamanote line, the subway and monorail. It was an excellent base to explore Tokyo. We managed to navigate the local trains, which are clean and run on time - highly efficient. We ordered room service one evening which was delivered by 2 people. The waiter wouldn't enter our room as he had shoes on. The tray was passed to us. The meal was very tasty. On checking out we had several hours before our flight and the hotel was happy to hold our luggage. We then caught the monorail to Haneda airport. After reading reviews about the monorail being hard to find we did not encounter any problems, it is located next to the train station. I would most definitely stay here again
