We arrived after going to Machu Pichu. Was a long cold, wet day. When we arrived, we were taken to a meeting room. Hot mint tea was served. We had stayed at another Sonesta hotel-so they had all our information-all we had to do was to sign our forms. When we left for Machu Pichu, all the luggage was left behind. All our luggage was picked up and put in our rooms. It was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was great. Hot coffee, nice fruit juice, variety of fruits, variety of breads. Room was a little small. Bed was comfortable. No swimming pool or gym. Centre of town-walking distance from most areas

Very up scale hotel - very nice stay. The room was a little warm and it did not seem like
we could control the temperature -- but I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Breakfast was outstanding and the staff very friendly and helpful.
