After staying at this hotel for at least 20 times, Jason informed me tonight that I could not check in with out my husband. Jason was looking to be rude , rather than accommodating. He pointed out my last name was different than my husbands, which is not unusual in 2019. He also pointed out that my billing address was a PO Box rather that the street address on my license. I explained that the PO Box was a billowing address but that was not good enough for Jason. I showed Jason that the Marriott credit card number was the same, but still he persisted with his rudeness. He actually insisted on calling my husband before he would let me check in. HMMM, I checked into another, better hotel, 2 days ago without the Jason drama. My advice, stay somewhere else, where they believe in the Marriott motto, of kindness, not rudeness.

I was on business travel, staying at the Fairfield Inn and Suites for 3 nights. Great place to stay when on business. First, staff was professional and really accomodating. The room was comfortable and with good work space. Wifi was fast and readily available. The room was clean and well maintained. Houskeeping was tremendous - very responsive to requests. My meetings ended earlier than planned and I was given a late checkout - a real plus since my flight home was in the evening. I will choose this hotel whenever I'm in Lansing. Nothing negative to say about it. Just great.
