I wanted to write this review to recognize Karen who works in the kitchen. There was a problem with a water leak while we were staying at this hotel and the fire alarm went off. Everything was eventually under control but guests were descending on the breakfast buffet as if they had never eaten a meal. The staff was overwhelmed with the exception of Karen. She was so kind to the other staff members and to all the guests, it was a chaotic time and Karen really showed up for everyone. She seemed to really care about her job, I hope that she is recognized for her effort.

Great rooms and people were pleasant and helpful. The bar was nice with a lot of liquor to choose from. The food menu was small and could use a couple substantial items but still nice. The breakfast was surprisingly good. I would like to stay there again.
