We stayed here one night during our Great Lakes vacation. It is an older style motel along Highway 41 on the edge of Marquette. Our room was a good value, and was very clean and quiet. Our room was back from the highway, so there was no road noise. The front desk staff was outstanding; very helpful and pleasant. Our room was large and had two comfortable recliner chairs, which we enjoyed. The king bed was comfortable and we had a good night’s sleep. We really liked having a separate vanity and sink in the room, in addition to the one in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi worked fine in our room. The HVAC system was acceptable. There were enough outlets to recharge our cell phones and camera batteries. The continental breakfast provided was very basic.

Super impressed with everything here. I had called to make the reservation and Chelsea was so friendly and helpful. We got a great suite for our party of four and it was perfect for us. A queen bed with a sofa bed, table and chairs and kitchenette. It was our own little cottage suite away from the main hotel. We didn't use the pool and hot tub this time, but it looked really nice. The breakfast was basic, but enough to get you going. The breakfast lady was very nice and had everything replenished quickly. You can tell by the upkeep of this motel that it is family owned. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Things were not just clean... they were tidy. The fine touches of the home and the little welcoming notes. We loved our stay here and we will be staying here again.
