Offer some sort of remedy. Our room was not cleaned very well, we had to get our own clean towels from the front desk, our room door was left open after housekeeping cleaned and was that way until late evening when we returned, the pool area was dirty with towels and garbage, the garbage cans outside the buildings were all full and overflowing, the breakfast buffet was empty and not refilled.

I have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn on many occasions, with soccer and volleyball teams. All of the parents and the athletes love staying in this hotel. They are crazy about the breakfast and love the fact that they can hang out and play games or just talk in the lobby.
