We booked last minute and luckily got a room for a reasonable rate, the hotel is in a great location but is in dire need of updating... no blackout curtains, sagging furniture, very dated bathrooms... please update!!

We spent a long weekend at River Rock Lodge on what happened to be an amazing snow window. A first floor room made it easy to pack up for our daily rendezvous with the handy and free bus shuttle to the Big Sky ski area. We appreciated the hot tub, continental breakfast, helpful staff, and location near to numerous bars and restaurants (with a wide spread of price points). The room felt solidly in the 1980's, but it was well appointed, comfortable, clean and surprisingly quiet.
We plan to return!
