i had low expectations for this place and i was still disappointed!!!! the toilet seat was dirty the first time i got into the room. the shower water pressure was horrible. very weak. no shampoo / conditioner or body wash. only a small bar of soap next to the sink. there were groups of low class, cat calling men loitering around outside the exit doors at night until 2-3 AM. it’s clear that this place has locals who live at the hotel instead of getting an apartment or house. the guests in the hotel were very loud in the hallways , in and out of the hotel up until 4 am. my room was near the side exit on the 1st floor and every time somebody came in or left out of that door, it slammed shut so hard that i jumped out of my sleep . it was impossible for me to get any rest while i stayed there , not even during the day . the buttons on the remote barely worked and i had to press them over and over again just to change the channel once or adjust the volume. during booking, the description showed a sleeper sofa which was actually nonexistent in the room. and last but not least, what REALLY ticked me off was that on my last morning there, check out was at **11 AM.** i set my alarm for 10:15 AM , as i was already packed and ready to go. the staff sent a wake up call to my room at 9 AM that i did not ask for only on my last morning. i didn’t answer, so they called my cell phone. when i didn’t answer either one of those calls, at 9:30AM they sent housekeeping to my room to knock on my door!!! apparently i didn’t get to the door fast enough for them, since the lady used her key to open the door and tell me “you’re checking out this morning” i can’t believe that they didn’t even come to clean my room during the 3 day stay but had the audacity to wake me up the morning i was going to be leaving. as if i’m not one who booked my own stay and paid for it. i think i know da** well when my stay is over guys, thanks. will never be back here.
