The staff, whether it was the manager, front desk staff or cleaning staff were all super friendly. I bumped into so many staff members and all of them just greeted me with a smile. The ease of the entire check in and check out process, put me at ease when I was already stressed out about my work event. The rooms were clean and spacious. I will definitely be staying here again! We have stayed here four times now! A very nice place to stay. Great location in Santa Monica. It is located far enough away from the crowds and it's only a five minute drive to the beach. The hotel is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The complimentary afternoon wine and beer is a nice treat and the breakfast is also very good. The outside patio and inside lounge area is very relaxing. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The entire staff is awesome (especially Matthew!)
